Our Restaurant offers a menu of fine cuisine designed by our Chef and regularly changed to tempt the most discerning palate.

The Restaurant is fully licensed, and our wine list includes a comprehensive selection of quality Australian wines.

Spa Sublime Day Spa

We offer a 20% discount off all bookings made by delegates and their partners throughout their stay.

Treatment bookings must be for a minimum duration of 1 hour or more, and are subject to availability. Bookings essential.

Not available weekends or public holidays.
